A one time purchased turned into a continuous billing once per year. They were contacted and the account was terminated supposedly.

One payment was refunded , three were not. Matter closed , I thought. Low and behold two more charges appeared. I missed one and pursued the last.

Better Business Bureau had no luck in contacting them. I had the credit card company reverse the charge and cancel the card. Steven Rotblatt (Rubber Chicken Cards) was emailed and I was told it was being handled and he was sorry for the second. His two apologies cost me over a hundred dollars.
